Here’s why: using an ISCC PLUS certified mass balance approach, we mix 80% bio-based and 20% fossil raw materials. The materials are then refined into premium Aspen alkylate fuel with the same performance as our other products.
The result is a fuel with a 68% lower carbon footprint, calculated from raw material to finished product*, compared to the original Aspen 2 and 4.
